I was just IM-ing with my friend and co-worker, UT, who just returned from a two-week European vacation with his wife and 2 1/2-year-old. Luckily, all three lived to tell the tales! One of the things he mentioned is that Gasahn was "making" cappucinos for him by the time they left Rome. It reminded me of one of E's favorite ways to play with the stacking cups (besides making towers for the "Tower Eating Baby" A to knock over)...she likes to play waitress.
"Can I get you a drink, Mommy?" she'll ask me as she breaks out the biggest of the cups.
"Sure, E!" I tell her. "A drink sounds fantastic!"
"What do you want, Mommy? Coffee? Diet Coke? Wine?"
I tell you, once I train her on fetching me the
actual drinks, I'll be set for life.
