easter 2008

Easter was a big hit in the Slacker house! The girls had a blast hunting for eggs...and eating the chocolate. They apparently have inherited my love of chocolate...whenever I turned around they were trying to get more.

In true Slacker style, Nonna and I planned our Easter lunch menu on Saturday...at 3:30 pm...while I was at The Teets with E. But it was delish...we had ham, biscuits, asparagus, fruit salad and baked mac and cheese. Luckily, everyone liked it because we will be eating the leftovers for the rest of the week. Here are some pictures from the day.

E and Daddy

By far, my *favorite* picture of the day...taken when John (big meanie that he is) tried to take away the basket that Nonna and Poppop brought A. Sure, she had already had 257 pieces of chocolate, but clearly, she needed more.

Go A! Doesn't daddy know never to come between a girl and her chocolate?!
