who's on first?

This is the conversation E and I had on the way home from my birthday dinner.
"How many are you, mommy?"
"How old am I? I'm 33."
"You're 3, just like me. We're the same!"
"No, E, I'm 33."
"Yes, just like me!"
"No dear, I was your age 30 years ago. I'm 33."
"Am I 33, too? 'Cause we're the same."

Later, she asked me if we were going home. I told her we had to stop at Target.
"Oh good. I have to get you a present, mommy."
"Really? What are you going to get me?"
"A water bottle. Maybe a Dora water bottle."
"Wow! That sounds great!"
"Maybe I'll get lots of Dora toys. That'd be great, mommy! If you buy me lots and lots of Dora toys?"
"If I buy you toys? I thought you were buying me a present?"
"No, you should buy me lots of Dora toys. I had a birthday, I turned 3!"
